Finals Week, Goodbyes, and Celebrations
Well, we finished our first semester of overseas college
life! Last week was ‘finals week’ and Becky submitted all of her grades!
This is the last week of school and the majority of the
students on campus will go back to their hometown and spend time with their
families. We have spent our time with students playing games and teaching them
new things!
Please remember us this week as we are both saying our
goodbyes. We never know for sure if the students we have connected with will
return in the fall semester. We are asking Father for “fruitful goodbyes”.
This weekend we were blessed to spend our evening Skyping
with the community back home! Some awesome friends put together a fundraiser
breakfast for our trip to Thailand to receive our shots! Moments like this
really fill us up. We are beyond thankful!
